CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", for the purpose of obtaining money transfer services through the use of the "IDpay 2.0" Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") under the terms of the Service Offer available on the Internet at https://id-pay.ru/offer/ as well as in the mobile application of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), hereby give my consent to General Payment Technologies Limited Liability Company (GPT LLC), TIN 9703011965, PSRN 1207700150173, registered address: 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya, Building 12, Floor/Office 33/33 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Operator"), to process any of my personal data that may become known to the Operator in connection with the performance of obligations under the Offer, including, but not limited to, the following information (if such data has been actually provided by me):

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Citizenship;
  • Residential registration address and residential address;
  • Date and place of birth;
  • Gender;
  • Details of the identity document (passport), including passport number, issuing authority, date and place of issue, residential registration address, and subdivision code of the issuing authority;
  • Document confirming registration in the individual (personalized) accounting system (including SNILS);
  • Marital status and property status;
  • Education and employment information;
  • Information on income and expenses;
  • Mandatory medical insurance policy number of the insured person;
  • Data of the migration card and the document confirming the right of a foreign citizen to stay (reside) in the Russian Federation;
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN);
  • TIN (for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Armenia);
  • E-mail address;
  • Client’s Subscriber Number;
  • Photograph of the identity document (passport);
  • Payer Registration Number (UNP; for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Belarus);
  • Other information provided by the Client to the Operator in applications, letters, questionnaires, agreements and other documents.

This Consent is granted for the performance of any actions (operations) or set of actions (operations) carried out with or without the use of automation tools in relation to personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, including cross-border transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, including within the Operator’s information systems.

I also give my consent to the Operator for the transfer (including cross-border transfer), for the purposes of fulfilling the terms of the Offer and obtaining money transfer services, of my personal data required for the execution of a Cross-border Transfer, namely:

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Date of birth;
  • Details of the identity document (passport), including passport number, issuing authority, date of issue, registration address, and subdivision code of the issuing authority;
  • Document confirming registration in the individual (personalized) accounting system (including SNILS);
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN);
  • TIN (for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Armenia);
  • Client’s Subscriber Number;
  • E-mail address;
  • Photograph of the identity document (passport);
  • Payer Registration Number (UNP; for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Belarus);
  • Other information provided by the Client to the Operator in applications, letters, questionnaires, agreements and other documents.

For the purpose of executing Cross-border Transfers, the Operator may carry out cross-border transfer of the above-mentioned personal data of the Client to:

  • Open Joint-Stock Company "Paritetbank", UNP 100233809, registered address: 220002, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, 61a Kiseleva Street;
  • ID Bank Closed Joint-Stock Company, registered address: 13 Vardanants Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia;
  • Idram Limited Liability Company, Taxpayer Identification Number 00005409, registered address: 48/1 Nalbandyan Street, Yerevan 0010, Republic of Armenia;
  • Paging Bank Limited Liability Company, TIN 7813662356, registered address: 197046, Saint Petersburg, Petrogradskaya Embankment, Building 22, Letter A, Premises 34-N;

provided that a duly executed agreement has been concluded between the Company and such third parties, containing the obligation of such third parties to comply with the requirements of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

I also give my consent to the Operator to entrust Identification Management Systems Limited Liability Company (SUI LLC), TIN 7709982222, PSRN 5167746401488, registered address: 107031, Moscow, within the intracity territory of the Meshchansky Municipal District, 21/5 Kuznetsky Most Street, with the processing of Client requests within the framework of technical support required for the Client to obtain money transfer services through the use of the Service under the terms of the Offer, including the processing of the following personal data:

  • Date of birth;
  • Client’s Subscriber Number.

The Operator shall ensure the storage of personal data provided by the Client to the Operator throughout the entire period during which the Client uses the Service.

The processing of personal data shall cease upon achievement of the purposes of personal data processing and termination of contractual relations between the Client and the Operator.

I hereby confirm that I have been informed of the procedure for withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written application to the Operator at the following address:

123112, Russian Federation, Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya, Building 12, Floor/Office 33/33.

Upon receipt of a withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing personal data and shall destroy such personal data within the period established by Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", except where the processing of personal data is required in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

I hereby confirm that, by providing this Consent, I act of my own free will and in my own interests.
