CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Hereby I (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" for the purpose of receiving services on money transfers through the use of the "IDpay 2.0" service (hereinafter "Service") on the terms and conditions of the Service Offer posted on the website https://id-pay.ru/offer/, as well as in the mobile application of the Service (hereinafter "Offer"), give consent to Public Joint-Stock Company Sovcombank (PAO Sovcombank) OGRN 1144400000425, INN 4401116480, location address: 156000, Kostroma Region, Kostroma, prospekt Tekstilshchikov 46, (hereinafter also referred to as the "Operator") to process any of my personal data that may become known to the Operator in connection with the fulfillment of obligations under the Offer, including, but not limited to, the following information (if provided by me):

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Citizenship;
  • Registered residence address and actual residence address;
  • Date and place of birth;
  • Sex;
  • Data of the identity document (passport), including passport number, issuing authority, date and place of issue, address of registration at the place of residence, and code of the unit that issued the passport;
  • A document confirming registration in the individual (personified) accounting system (including SNILS);
  • Marital status, property status;
  • Education, occupation details;
  • Income and expenses data;
  • Number of the insured person's compulsory health insurance policy;
  • Data of the migration card and the document confirming the foreign citizen's right to stay (residence) in the Russian Federation;
  • Taxpayer identification number (TIN);
  • TIN (for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Armenia);
  • e-mail;
  • Client's phone number;
  • Photo of the identity document (passport);
  • Payer's Identification Number (PIN; for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Belarus);
  • Other information provided by the Client to the Operator in applications, letters, questionnaires, agreements and other documents.

This Consent is granted to perform any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer, including cross-border (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, including those in the Operator's information systems.

I also give my consent to the Operator to transfer (including cross-border transfer), in order to fulfill the terms and conditions of the Offer and to receive money transfer services, my personal data required for cross-border money transfer, in particular:

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Date of birth;
  • Data of the identity document (passport), including passport number, issuing authority, date of issue, address of registration at the place of residence, and code of the unit that issued the passport;
  • A document confirming registration in the individual (personified) accounting system (including SNILS);
  • Taxpayer identification number (TIN);
  • TIN (for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Armenia);
  • Clients's phone number;
  • e-mail;
  • Photo of the identity document (passport);
  • Payer's Identification Number (PIN; for Clients and Counterparties from the Republic of Belarus);
  • Other information provided by the Client to the Operator in applications, letters, questionnaires, agreements and other documents

For the purposes of cross-border transfers, the Operator may perform cross-border transfer of the Client's personal data mentioned above to the following entities:

  • To Open Joint Stock Company Paritetbank Payer's Identification Number 100233809, location: 220002, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, ul. Kiseleva 61a;
  • "ID BANK" Closed Joint-Stock Company, location: the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Vardanants St. 13;
  • To Limited Liability Company Idram, TIN 00005409, location: 0010, Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Nalbandyan street, building 48/1;
  • General Payment Technologies Limited Liability Company (GPT LLC), INN 9703011965, OGRN 1207700150173, location: 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya 12, floor/office 33/33;

subject to an agreement duly concluded between the Operator and such third parties providing for the obligation of such third parties to comply with the requirements of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

I also give my consent to the Operator to transfer (including cross-border transfer) in order to fulfill the terms of this Offer the information constituting banking secrecy in accordance with Article 26 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.1990 No. 395-1 "On Banks and Banking Activities", necessary for cross-border transfer, in particular:

  • Information on account transactions;
  • Personal Data processed by the Operator under the terms of this Consent to Personal Data Processing;
  • Data concerning my accounts;

subject to an agreement duly concluded between the Bank or the Company and such third parties providing for the obligation of such third parties to comply with the requirements of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

The Operator shall take all necessary measures to ensure the secure storage of personal data provided by the Client for the duration of the Client's use of the Service.


The processing of personal data shall cease upon achieving the purposes of data processing and the termination of the contractual relationship between the Client and the Operator.


I confirm that I am familiarized with the procedure for withdrawal of consent to personal data processing by sending a written application to the Operator at the address: 156000, Russian Federation, Kostroma, prospekt Tekstilshchikov 46.


Upon receipt of withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing of the personal data and destroys the personal data within the period stipulated for by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", except for cases when processing of the personal data is necessary in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
